KIA

The Korean acronym KIA can be interpreted as “Showed to the world from Asia”, which, coupled with the marketing slogan “Movement that inspires”, creates an image of an attractive Asian car in all respects. Now KIA is thriving, although the company has gone bankrupt in its history. In 1997, due to the financial crisis, KIA Industries was absorbed by the automaker Hyundai Motor Company. After which the development of this South Korean brand continued within the corporation. The main direction of marketing is the budget and mass segments, mainly the classes: SUV, CUV, Golf, as well as some business models. The low cost of maintenance, compared to marks cars of similar classes from Western Europe, contributed to the rapid spread of the KIA brand throughout the world. The production processes of the enterprises are designed in such a way that OEM components for HYUNDAI and KIA are supplied by one manufacturer, Hyundai Mobis.
