We do not offer catalogue look up services based on vehicle model/make/year/chassis/VIN/etc. As such, you are responsible for selecting and ordering the correct auto part number. We will not be held responsible in the event that a wrong part is ordered or any duty not paid at destination country,  we will not be accepting any returns/refunds in this case.

Damages

In case the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace or refund the product, provided that you submit your request within 7 calendar days from the product delivery date. The date is determined by the courier tracking system. Please notify us by email at orders@burjauto.com.

We are not responsible for damages that may arise during or after the part installation process and no refunds will be issued in this case.

Returns/Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any auto parts. There will be no refunds issued.

Failed Delivery

In case of failed delivery, once the package is returned back to us by courier we will keep it for two months. If you would like us to re-ship the package within these two months, you will be re-charged the original shipping cost + return charges if any. Once the shipping + return charge is paid by the client, we will re-ship the package. Please note that there will be no refunds.

If we do not receive any communication from the client within two months of us receiving the return package, a new order will have to be placed. 

In case of a second failed delivery, the package will not be re-shipped an additional time. A refund will not be issued. A new order will have to be placed if the parts are still required.

Warranty

Since there is no warranty provided by any of the dealer or manufacturer here in UAE, we can't provide any warranty for the parts supplied but as a special case we can look into and provide some solution like percentage waiver on parts supplied which are faulty but as a justification, we need a proof from any garage or dealer in client's city or country.
