Return policy

We do not provide catalogue look up services based on vehicle model/make/year/chassis/VIN/etc. As such, you are responsible for selecting and ordering the correct auto part number. We will not be held responsible in the event that a incorrect spare part is ordered or duties are not paid in the destination country. No returns or refunds will be accepted in this case.

Damages

If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace or refund the product, provided you submit your request within 7 calendar days from the product delivery date. The delivery date is determined by the courier tracking system. Please notify us of any damage by email at orders@burjauto.com.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during or after the part installation process and no refunds will be issued in this case.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

- Items must be in original condition, not used or installed. 

- Refunds will only be made for the cost of the items, excluding shipping charges.

Failed Delivery

In case of failed delivery, once the package is returned back to us by courier we will keep it for two months. If you want us to reship the package within these two months, you will be charged the original shipping cost + return shipping cost if any. Once the shipping + return charges are paid by the customer, we will reship the package. Please note that there are no refunds in this case.

If we do not receive any communication from the customer within two months of receiving the return package, a new order will need to be placed. 

In the event of a second failed delivery, the package will not be reshipped. No refunds will be given. A new order must be placed if the parts are still needed.

Warranty

Since there is no warranty provided by any of the dealer or manufacturer here in UAE, we from our side can't provide any warranty for the supplied parts. But as a special case we can look into and provide some solution like percentage waiver on supplied parts which are faulty but as justification we need a proof from any garage or dealer in customer's city or country.
