What is Burjauto business model?
It's all about our unique business model.
Burjauto platform allows us to supply spare parts to both individuals and business companies.
What payment methods do you accept?
For personal account we accept Visa and Mastercard payments.
For business account we accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer payments.
Will I have to pay any additional charges?
The order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees which are applied when the package reaches the country of destination.
We have no control over additional charges levied by your destination country. All these expenses must be fulfilled by the recipient.
I don’t have the part number, can I place an order?
We operate only manufacture’s part numbers. To obtain part number, go for online parts catalogue or consult your nearest dealer.
Please make sure you have the correct part number required for your vehicle before placing an order.
Can I get a photo of the part?
All available spare parts photos are already uploaded to the website.
Since we do not keep stock in our warehouse, we cannot in advance provide you photos of the items that we do not have at hand.
Are all the items new and original?
Yes, all the parts outgoing from us are original and new.
I haven’t received my tracking number.
You will receive an email with the invoice and the tracking number once the order is shipped.
How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing takes 2-4 business days. After that you’ll get an e-mail notification of your order status.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
It depends on the selected courier and chosen method of delivery as well as your destination country.
What shipping options do you have?
We ship with DHL and FEDEX depending on the country of destination and your preferences.
Do you offer worldwide delivery?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Do you deliver inside the UAE?
We cannot deliver inside the UAE, as we work exclusively for export.
Can I come to your office and buy/collect the items myself?
No, we sell items only through our website.
Who pays duties/taxes/broker/admin fee?
Buyer is responsible to pay all duties / taxes / fees for his parcel, that may be levied in his destination country.
Burjauto does not hold any responsibility for that, you are paying item cost + shipping charges only. If you wish to know shipping charges prior ordering, please reach out to your local DHL/Fedex office.
