By accessing or using any part of the website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use this website or any of its services. These terms are subject to change without notice from time to time, so be sure to check regularly for updates.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website.

You can pay for your order by using Visa or Mastercard as a private customer. For business accounts, payment will be done through wire transfer directly from your company account to our company account.
Please keep in mind that the stock availability changes rapidly and a part can sell out before the order is placed with our suppliers. If a part sells out after an order has been placed and paid for by the client, we will refund you the price of that part.
We do not offer catalogue look up services based on vehicle model/make/year/chassis/VIN/etc. As such, you are responsible for selecting and ordering the correct auto part number. We will not be held responsible in the event that a wrong part is ordered and we will not offer returns/refunds in this case.
In the event of product damage, we will replace or refund the part provided that you submit your request within 7 calendar days from the product delivery date.
The money will be refunded back to your card in 7-14 business days. This may vary depending on how long it takes the bank to process the transaction.
When requesting a refund, there are two options. You can keep the money in your account balance to go towards future purchases or you can request the money to be refunded back to you.
The money in your account balance will not expire and will remain there until you place another order or request a refund.
If you purchase products for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. We have no control over these customs clearance charges and any such additional charges must be fulfilled by the recipient. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.
An existing order cannot be modified.
An ordered part can only be cancelled while the status is "New". It cannot be cancelled one it is listed as "Placed" or "Purchased". The part status can be checked under the "Part Status" tab under your account. If you wish to cancel a part with the status "New", please go to "Part Status" and click on the "X" button next to the required part. The part cost will be returned to your balance.
An order cannot be cancelled once it ships.

Packages for private customers are shipped with DHL, FEDEX, SMSA or EMS, depending on the country of destination.
For EMS shipments, the weight per shipment cannot exceed a specific limit depending on the destination. Any weight exceeding this limit will be considered as a separate shipment, with a separate air waybill. Extra charges will apply.
As one order equals one parcel, please place separate orders for heavy (eg. metal) and fragile spare parts. While considerable care is taken during packaging, Burj Auto DWC-LLC will not be held responsible for any damages arising during the shipping process due to fragile items being ordered together with heavy items.

In case of failed delivery, once the package is returned back to us by courier we will keep it for two months. If you would like us to re-ship the package within these two months, you will be re-charged the original shipping cost. Once the shipping charge is paid by the client, we will re-ship the package. Please note that there will be no refunds.
If we do not receive any communication from the client within two months of us receiving the return package, a new order will have to be placed.
In case of a second failed delivery, the package will not be re-shipped an additional time. A refund will not be issued. A new order will have to be placed if the parts are still required.
Tracking Your Shipment
To track your EMS package you can use the tracking function on your country’s respective postal service website. You would need the air waybill number that we provide after we ship your order. Alternatively you can use Global Track & Trace.

It may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated once the order ships.
The transit times are guidelines only. Dutiable shipments can be extended as a result of delays in customs clearance in your country of destination. We will not be held responsible for any late shipments and no refunds or discounts will be offered in this case.
We require 1-4 business days for order processing.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we or any of our affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents or suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Website, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill or loss of data.
You agree to indemnify and hold us or any of our affiliates and our employees, directors, officers, agents or suppliers harmless from and against any losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website and/or your breach of any representation or other provision of the Website Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
