By accessing or using any part of the website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use this website or any of its services. These terms are subject to change from time to time without notice from time to time, so please check regularly for updates.

Registration
In order to fully take advantage of the features and services of BURJAUTO Website, you can create a private or business account. It is your responsibility to make sure that all the personal and payment information you provide us is accurate and complete. Please keep your account details and password secure and notify us as soon as possible of any unauthorized use of your account. We are committed to complying with our Privacy and Cookie Policy but are not responsible for any loss suffered through misuse of those details.
Payment
You can pay for your order by using Visa or Mastercard as a private customer. For business accounts, payment will be done through wire transfer directly from your company account to BURJAUTO account.
Stock Availability
Please keep in mind that the stock availability changes rapidly and a spare part can sell out before the order is placed with our suppliers. If a part sells out after an order has been placed and paid for by the client, we will refund you the price of that part.
Refunds
BURJAUTO does not provide catalogue search services based on vehicle model/make/year/chassis/VIN/etc. For this reason, you are fully responsible for selecting and ordering the correct auto part number. We will not be held responsible if the wrong part is ordered and we will not offer a return/refund in this case.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during or after the part installation process and no refunds will be issued in this case.
In the event that the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace or refund the part provided that you submit your request within 7 calendar days from the product delivery date.
The money will be returned back to your card or bank account within 7-14 business days. This may vary depending on how long it takes the bank to process the transaction.
There are two ways to request a refund. You can leave the money in your account balance to be used for future purchases or you can request a refund.
Your remaining balance will not expire and will remain in your account until you place a new order or request a refund.
Orders
If you are purchasing products for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be levied when the package reaches its destination. We have no control over the cost of customs clearance and any such additional charges will be the responsibility of the recipient. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are being shipped. BURJAUTO will not be liable or responsible if you voilate any such laws.
An existing order cannot be modified.
An ordered item can only be cancelled if its status is "New". It cannot be cancelled if it is listed as "Placed" or "Purchased". You can check the status of an item in the "Part Status" tab of your account. If you wish to cancel an item that is "New", please go to the "Part Status" tab and click the "X" button next to the part you widh to cancel. The cost of the part will be added back to your balance.
An order cannot be cancelled once it ships.

Delivery
Packages for private customers are shipped via DHL or FesEx, depending on the country of destination and your preferencies.
As one order equals one parcel, please place separate orders for heavy (e.g. metal) and fragile spare parts. Although great care is taken during packaging, BURJAUTO can not be held responsible for any damage that may occur in transit as a result of fragile items being packed together with heavy items.

Failed Delivery
In case of failed delivery, once the courier returns the package to us, we will keep it in our warehouse for two months. If you want us to reship the package within these two months, you will be charged the original shipping cost again. Once the customer has paid the shipping fee, we will reship the package. Please note that refunds are not possible in this case.
If BURJAUTO do not receive any communication from the customer within two months of receiving the returned package, we will dispose of the parcel and will not refund anything to the customer.
In case of a second failed delivery, the package will not be ever re-shipped. A refund will not be issued.

The transit time ia provided by the courier and is a guideline only. Dutiable shipments may be extended due to delays in customs clearance in your country. BURJAUTO is not responsible for any delayed shipments and no refunds or discounts will be offered in this case.
Force major
BURJAUTO will not be liable for delays or inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance etc.) that was beyond our reasonable control.

BURJAUTO is the owner of all intellectual property rights present in the Website and its content (such as textы, photographs, images, digital downloads, etc.) The rights of the Website and the Content are protected by international intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold BURJAUTO or any of our affiliates and our employees, directors, officers, agents or suppliers harmless from and against any losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website and/or your breach of any representation or other provision of the Website Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
