Locking system parts
Most modern vehicles have a central locking system. Each car door has its own lock, which communicates with the control unit. This allows you to lock or unlock all doors at the same time. Keyless access systems are now widely used. The locks of all doors are combined into a single locking system controlled by an ECU that is capable of receiving commands remotely. The locking system can include all locks as well as external and internal door opening handles, ignition lock, keys, lock drive rods, and other elements. The locking system is integrated into the vehicle's security system and is connected to the car's electrical network.
