The ECU (electronic control unit) is a printed circuit board hermetically sealed in a protective housing with a connector for connecting to the vehicle’s on-board electrical system. The metal or plastic body protects the filling from climatic and mechanical influences and serves as an air radiator. The software is installed by the manufacturer.
